A free, personalized "Getting the Facts" report will help Kentucky students and their families in selecting a college. The report will provide estimates of how much the family can expect to spend and how much financial aid the student may receive. The report is provided by the Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA). To obtain a free report, students must log into or set up a MyKHEAA account on www.kheaa.com. Students and parents must provide estimated income and asset data and students must provide their Social Security number to set up a MyKHEAA account. For more information, call a member of the KHEAA College Access Team at 1.800.928.8926.
NO SCHOOL ON FRIDAY!
There will be no school on Friday, December 6th due to the weather conditions. All CCHS activities have been cancelled for Thursday night and through the weekend.
Annual CCHS Food Drive
Donations of non-perishable food items will be collected during 1st period each day from December 2nd through December 6th. The class who brings the most items on Monday, December 2nd will earn a DONUT party on Tuesday! The class who brings in the most items for the week will win a PIZZA party! So many families in our community need help with food during the holidays. All food collected is taken to a local church where they put together the baskets, add perishable items, and then make deliveries. The theme for this year's drive is "Tigers Give Back". Everyone is encouraged to give back to the community which supports CCHS in many ways!
